The Wednesday staff discussed a spring ski trip to Mammoth. It is a BIG MOUNTAIN with lots of terrain variety and sunshine. A very fun place to explore. Click here for more information.

If you need a ride or can give a ride for help with gas costs please let us know.
ANYONE NEEDING A RIDE ON THE BUS FOR SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS, DURING THE REGULAR SEASON SHOULD CALL NOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION (425) 392-8260. Bus seats are reserved on a first come, first serve basis on the day that you are working.

Be sure and bring your staff paperwork. Please print off the appropriate pages listed below starting with the link for "staff paperwork". We will not have blank forms at the meeting. Please click this link for staff paperwork. In addition, the following forms are available for those who need them. Please print the appropriate forms, make sure they are completed and bring them to the meeting on October 6th.

Season Passes:
The Summit has announced new season pass requirements. The number of season passes that is allotted to each ski school is directly related to the number of student contact hours (i.e. the number of hours you teach times the number of students). In order to meet the requirements, all Friday night staff will be required to be available to sub 2 weekend days, and weekend staff must work a full day.
